Our programmes support them towards City & Guilds qualifications through 7 week blocks of lessons; and successful students can progress throughout the year, from Entry Level through to Level 2. Throughout the course you'll help them to develop valuable life, communication, study and employability skills alongside obtaining English and maths qualifications. The Endeavour team work with colleagues across CWA to provide our learners with employability skills, personal development and help them on their path to further study or employment. Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 10 or above (£32,384 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
