LEVEL 1 EARLY YEARS TRAINER
Location: Dorset and Hampshire
Pay rate: Up to £26,000 per year
Contracted Hours,: Up to 40 hours per week, Full or Part time considered, Term Time only if desired.

About You
Here at Aspire Training Team, it is our trainers that are the first point of contact for their learners. They deliver exceptional training and develop real bonds with both the learners and employers, which has helped us achieve such glowing reviews from Ofsted, NCFE and Matrix alike!
We are looking for someone who has: -
A level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, is essential and you will have significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector.
Experience in training and assessing Early Years and functional skills up to Level 2 is desirable.
You will have an understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and be extremely passionate about delivering good quality training.
A teaching qualification (e.g AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g A1,CAVA) would be advantageous. Alternatively, candidates must be willing to work towards these qualifications.
Experience in leadership and Management.
You must have superb time-keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times.
IT competency
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel across your region.
Experience with SEN preferred but not essential
Someone who has a nurturing personality to aid and motivate young people
About the role
Aspire Training team are seeking to employ a candidate to work in and around the Dorset area.
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Delivering the Level 1 Childcare Qualification and Maths and English Functional skills up to Level 2, Online and in person.
Using our e-portfolio system to manage the learner journey
Supporting a manageable caseload (Learner numbers dependant on working hours) with 3 hours per month assigned to each learner
Ensuring accurate assessment of your learner against National Standards
Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure they have the best learning experience possible
Implementing Equal opportunities at all times
Supporting individual needs of learners, adapting practice to encourage participation and minimising any barriers to learning, attending any supporting meetings with external agencies
Ensure efficient processing of paperwork and marking assignments within 2 weeks of presentation
Ensure E-Learning portfolios are regularly marked and updated.
Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner’s development.
Support the learners progression route after completing their Level 1
