This person will need to be dynamic, organised and efficient in the support and development of MIS/ICT systems used across the College. You will work closely with the wider MIS & Reporting and ICT Services departments. You will provide support to students and staff in relation to MIS/ICT systems, including the resolution issues/incidents reported to the ICT Helpdesk, service requests, application/software development and liaising with staff in other areas to support their needs.
