We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Programme Leader for Construction Apprenticeships to join our team at The Oldham College. While experience or qualifications in Construction are preferred, they are not essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: Employer Engagement: Develop and deliver a comprehensive employer engagement strategy to expand our network and increase employer participation in apprenticeship programs. Apprenticeship Recruitment: Collaborate with curriculum areas to develop and market a variety of apprenticeship programs and progression options for students. Curriculum Design: Stay updated with national sector developments, new standards, and course advancements. Implement innovative delivery strategies to ensure our curriculum remains at the forefront of the industry. Staff/Performance/Financial Management: Set and monitor ambitious targets for volume, finances, and quality. Take proactive measures to address any underperformance. Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor an annual Quality Improvement Plan to maintain high standards. Qualifications and Skills: Recognised Teaching and Assessor qualifications In-depth knowledge of apprenticeships and wider work-based learning (WBL) products Management experience, ideally in work-based learning Strong commitment to apprenticeship and other work-based learning routes Excellent collaboration skills and a creative approach to program delivery Why Join Us?
