About the role The Institute is looking for a full-time inspirational Programme Leader to join our Sport team. Ideally with a Sport (Academic or industry) background you will be responsible for leading one of our sport programmes. You will have key roles in IAG, recruitment, delivery and assessment as well as contributing to our learners’ wider personal development such as volunteering, work experience and industry skills, knowledge and behaviours. There will be opportunities to organise and take part in the many external trips and visits with our learners. About the person You will need to be organised, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a busy department. The ability to drive a minibus would be advantageous but not essential. You should hold a relevant qualification in Sport and a Level 3 teaching qualification or be willing to work towards. You will be proactive in seeking CPD opportunities and be able to deliver a range of practical and theory sessions to our learners across Levels 1 to 3.
