Salary is £33,326 - £37,192 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We are seeking a Quality & Learning Lead to join our dynamic Quality team and help ensure the highest levels of quality across all aspects of our education and training programs, including further education, apprenticeships, and adult courses. Reporting to the Head of Quality, Teaching, Learning, and Assessment, the Quality & Learning Lead will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, maintaining quality assurance, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering on teacher education, training, and development courses within the college.
A Bachelor’s Degree and a Certificate in Education/PGCE (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
