Quality and Registry Team The Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships) will sit within our Quality and Registry team is the Universities administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team are also responsible for processing all results and grades for the student’s and produce all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony. The Role - Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships) We are seeking a Quality Manager (Agents & Partnerships) to join our Quality & Registry team. In this role, you will support the Head of Quality (Partnerships) in ensuring high standards of quality assurance across recruitment agents and collaborative partnerships in various models and formats. Key Responsibilities: Due Diligence and Approval: Oversee the due diligence and approval processes for recruitment agents, ensuring compliance and high standards Partnership Monitoring: Manage and monitor collaborative partnerships to uphold quality and compliance Event Support: Assist in the organisation, reporting, and finalization of approval events related to partnerships Training Compliance: Oversee recruitment agent training and ensure ongoing compliance with initial and refresher training requirements This role is critical to our commitment to quality, compliance, and strong partnerships.
