An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the College’s Standards and Performance team as a Quality Reviewer. The role is to support the performance of curriculum departments within the college, and any partner organisations who deliver learning opportunities on behalf of the College.
You will support a variety of cross-college quality processes, conduct quality reviews, including observations (both internally and with partner organisations), and will be responsible for producing detailed reports of your findings and providing constructive feedback to managers and other staff.
This role is about working with people to help identify how they can improve their practice and support the wider college; therefore, it is essential that you can be a critical friend to staff and partners and provide constructive, supportive feedback.
The right candidate will have experience of working in a quality role, within an FE provider, and a good working knowledge of the quality requirements of funding and quality agencies such as the OfS, ESFA, ESF, DfE and Ofsted.
Your role will involve visiting employers and partner organisations, therefore a valid driving license and access to your own transport is essential.
