We are looking for a full time
Talent Development Officer to join our Central People & Culture team.
This position oversees recruitment, selection, onboarding, guidance and management of all learners in the UK. Some learners include the Management Programme Participants, New Leaders Participants, Interns and Degree Apprentices.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday / office based with visits to London properties / flexibility to travel within the UK when requested

As a Talent Development Officer You Will
- Work together with recruitment to screen, interview and be instrumental in selecting new learners for all programmes
- Organise and run the Management Programme and Degree Apprentice Recruitment Days and all associated planning
- Keep the Management Programme planner up to date and communicated per hotel and department
- Plan, attend and present MP recruitment marketing at selected educational establishments and seek out new contacts and collaborations to promote the Programme
- Plan all learner inductions and be their main point of contact in P&C
- Liaise with university contacts to organise internships and communicate any performance or absence issues to ensure the relationship is maintained
- Meet (in person for London / online for other locations), guide, coach and monitor each Participant while having regular catch ups with all learners.
- Liaising with Director of P&C to help with relevant learner training needs as required especially prior to visiting properties abroad and also around London
- To work on projects on an ad hoc basis
