We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated LEAP Lecturer to join the East Durham College Team on a Permanent basis working 29.5 hours per week, 40 weeks term time.
Main Duties Of The Role
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by supporting young people on the LEAP programme to achieve various levels of employability qualifications.
Essential Requirement
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent or willing to work towards and complete within 12 months.
- A teaching qualification Cert Ed/PGCE/DTLLS or willing to work towards (must already have L2 maths and English to apply for a teaching qualification).
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
