The ideal candidate will be required to co-ordinate assessment activities in groups and one-to-one training. To plan and provide training and assessments to students to high standards. There is a requirement for an individual who can work pro-actively and build positive relationships with learners, to enable them to improve their employability skills and to excel in the industry that they aspire to work in and in everyday life. The individual will have the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and independently and have good communication and problem-solving skills. The post-holder will not need to be a digital expert but will need to possess an interest in digital technology and be able to visualise and be motivated to help students improve their fluency in using digital technology in context of the construction industry and everyday life. In addition, the post-holder will need to be confident to train in the fundamental principles of personal development topics and provide training that enables learners to deepen their knowledge and understand of these critical subjects to be successful in work and life in modern Britain.
