Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Work Based Learning Manager – Service Industries & Care, Health and and Early Years. As a Work Based Learning Manager, you will develop and grow apprenticeships and other workplace learning to meet employer and learner needs and be responsible for the delivery and performance of all WBL programmes and the assessors who deliver them. This role is based at our Cambridge Campus with occasional travel to our campus in Huntingdon as well as requiring visits to employers. You will achieve growth ambitions whilst ensuring high quality and be responsible for the team meeting its targets, caseload management of team, work-based learning budgets and forecasting. You will also be responsible for work-based learning element of the department’s performance monitoring reports and SAR You will have line management responsibilities for the Quality Leads and the Work Based Learning Assessors within the team.
