Job Description: Business Development Coach (Apprenticeships)
**National Skills Agency** is a growing independent training provider seeking an experienced Business Skills Coach to join their Apprenticeship delivery team. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per annum and opportunities for professional development and growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering Business Admin, Team Leader Supervisor, and Customer Service apprenticeship standards. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 40 apprenticeship learners in Recruitment, Business Admin, Team Leading & Customer Service qualifications. Responsibilities include efficiently managing the diary to ensure timely visits and achievement of seeing all allocated learners within the agreed timescale and in line with ESFA requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring learners are producing evidence of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standard. Additionally, they will move learners through gateway and support with mock EPA, provide one-to-one or group teaching and learning sessions covering core knowledge, and overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a caseload of up to 40 apprenticeship learners in Recruitment, Business Admin, Team Leading & Customer Service qualifications
