KM Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Internal Verifier / IQA to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Standards, up to Level 5.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned quality assurance professional to take their skills to the next level. You will work closely with our team of assessors, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Internal verification and quality assurance of Health and Social Care apprenticeship standards, to Level 5.
- Supporting a team of assessors in their roles, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Developing, planning, and executing quality improvement plans to drive continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
- Conducting regular standardisation meetings and observations of teaching and learning.
- Ensuring timely achievement of learners and updating sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisation requirements.
About You:
- You have experience working as an IQA for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships, up to Level 5.
- You hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
- You possess occupational competency in care at management level.
- Ideally, you hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- You have a full, clean UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- You are flexible with travel and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits:
