Job Title: HR and Business Assessor
Location: Home/Field based (Flexible travel across Yorkshire and Midlands)
Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on skills and experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent position
Essential Requirements:
- Recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)
- Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET etc.)
- Competency to deliver HR at Level 3
- Experience in delivering full Apprenticeships in HR; Customer Service; Business Administration; Leadership and Management; Project Management; Marketing; Digital Skills; Financial Services
- Level 3 in a relevant vocation
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Flexible travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support learners in HR and Professional/Business Services sectors; Customer Service, Administration, Leadership, Hospitality, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing, Digital and Financial Services
- Deliver training and Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2
- Manage diary efficiently for timely visits and reviews
- Maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Support, advise and motivate learners
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery
- Meet Assessor KPI's in administration and quality
