We are seeking a skilled MIS Administrator for Assessment Operations to join our busy Management Information Services team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of learner records, central enrolments, data and operational functions.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Exams Team Co-Ordinator and Exams Manager in carrying out administrative tasks related to examination entries, delivery and results. This will involve collaborating with teaching staff and students to resolve examination-related queries.
A strong background in word processing and spreadsheet applications, combined with excellent data entry skills, is essential for success in this role. Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment and meeting strict deadlines is highly valued.
This position comes with a salary of approximately £24,500 per annum, plus the opportunity to pursue a Business Administration apprenticeship.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. Travel between campuses will be required, with the ability to independently navigate between locations.
