Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality, innovative curriculum that meets the needs of apprentices and their employers. This role is a key part of DN Colleges Group's commitment to achieving the highest standards in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the curriculum for higher and degree apprenticeships.
- Ensure alignment with local, regional, and national priorities, funding rules, and statutory requirements.
- Develop innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance learner engagement and success.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant funding rules, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation as required.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the curriculum area.
- Identify and secure additional opportunities to support curriculum growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of learners.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Develop strategies to support apprentice retention, progression, and achievement.
