Job Summary
This role involves holistic planning, coordination, mentoring, and support for apprentices in Early Years Education, from level 2 to level 5, and the Teaching Assistant role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
- Support English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with FS specialists.
- Conduct remote webinars for apprentices.
- Record and report on Additional Learning Support (ALS).
- Supply data on programs and learners, contributing to self-assessment monitoring.
Requirements
- Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
- Have experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
- Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle, and be willing to travel to customer sites.
- Experience of working in Further Education or a similar environment.
- Early Years Advanced Practitioner or Management experience.
