Job Title: Experienced NVQ Assessor in Construction Management

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, innovative training to learners annually with various courses and nationally recognised qualifications.
We are seeking an experienced Assessor/Skills Coach to join our expanding NVQ division, working remotely with clients nationwide to deliver NVQs in trades, supervision, and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver NVQ programmes in Construction Site Supervision and Construction Site Management
- Support learners within Construction Programmes, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements
- Collaborate with Site Managers and clients to track and support candidates' progress
- Conduct regular reviews of candidate progress, assisting with action planning and guiding learning through an e-portfolio system
- Participate in assessment planning, schemes of assessment, and standardisation meetings
- Liaise closely with NVQ administration, Plant NVQ, and Apprenticeship teams
- Guide candidates in gathering required NVQ evidence, both remotely and on-site
- Provide candidates with advice, guidance, and information on learning progression and additional qualifications
Requirements:- Vocational competence in Construction Site Management
- Ideal hold a Management qualification, with strong vocational skills in Construction management
- Experience with both face-to-face and remote teaching and coaching is required
- Assessor qualifications such as TAQA or CAVA
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple learners and adapt to individual needs
- A collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a close-knit team that values innovation and success
- Full, clean driving licence required for occasional UK travel
