About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Work & Skills Coach to join our prison industries team. This role plays a pivotal part in the rehabilitation and resettlement of prisoners, focusing on employability skills and personal growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist prisoners in completing their Employability Passport, tracking skills development and reflections.
- Help prisoners recognize and record their work skills, emphasizing their value for future employment.
- Guide personal development through reflection on work experiences and goal-setting.

Salary and Benefits
