We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician Specialist Education and Training to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our staff and ensure the highest quality education and training for pharmacy technicians.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pre-registration pharmacy technician workforce, liaising with external organizations, and ensuring robust plans and timetables are in place. You will also be responsible for managing the educational element of apprenticeships and Science and Manufacturing programmes. The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualification experience working as a hospital pharmacy technician, including working as a MMPT and line management. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work to targets and motivate staff. The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.
