Key Responsibilities
As a Practice Education Facilitator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with managers and supervisors to establish mechanisms for enhancing, developing and assessing the quality of placement learning.
- Delivering local induction to learners.
- Delivering work-based learning and informal teaching/facilitation for Student Nursing Associates.
- Working alongside the Education Leads to provide support to students and supervisors/assessors in practice for nursing and allied health professionals.
- Supporting staff members to meet the requirements for apprenticeship programmes.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
