The University of Gloucestershire is looking for a skilled Business-Based Apprenticeship Coach to support our learners in achieving their goals. As an apprentice learner facilitator, you will play a vital role in the delivery and quality enhancement of apprenticeship programmes, working closely with Learner Coaches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for providing effective onboarding, enrolment, and apprenticeship journey support to learners, including monitoring of regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid role with some teaching commitments, requiring occasional campus attendance.
We offer a competitive salary of around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
