Coach for Vehicle Maintenance Apprenticeships
First Military Recruitment Ltd is working with a prestigious international defence business to find a skilled Coach for Vehicle Maintenance Apprenticeships on a 12-month contract basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting learners through their apprenticeships, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the field of vehicle maintenance.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle mechanics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with learners. They will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching plans, providing feedback and guidance, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will be expected to contribute to the development of new training materials and support the delivery of apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement coaching plans
- Provide feedback and guidance to learners
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of new training materials
- SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS
Requirements:
- Considerable experience in the vehicle mechanic field
- Good understanding of work-based learning programmes
- Previous experience in the defence sector, ideally within the army arena (desired not essential)
- Relevant industry-related qualification (Vehicle Mechanic minimum of Level 3)
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (desirable)
- Award/Certificate in Education & Training (or equivalent)
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
Salary: £36,400 per annum
