The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Coach to elevate our talented sales team and help them unlock their full potential. Our sales team has been instrumental in driving our consistent year-on-year growth, and with our ambitious plans for the future, we need someone who can build on this success and make our team even better.
As a Sales Coach, you’ll bring your knowledge of outbound sales, account management, and coaching expertise to adapt to each individual in the team. You’ll thrive on helping them overcome challenges like gatekeepers and objections, while also developing their skills in upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
Your experience in outbound sales, coupled with a proven track record of success, will enable you to provide tailored support and contribute to the continual improvement of our team’s performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalised Coaching Excellence: Deliver personalized coaching through 1:1 sessions, identifying strengths, unlocking potential, and offering actionable, constructive feedback.
- Seamless Team Integration: Ensure new team members are onboarded seamlessly, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development from day one.
- Collaborative Learning Culture: Create strong connections across departments, championing shared learning and effective communication for a collaborative, thriving environment.
- Strategic Feedback for Development: Provide clear, developmental feedback to empower colleagues to achieve revenue and KPI targets, driving team success to new heights.
- Continuous Professional Growth: Stay at the forefront of sales and development techniques, ensuring you’re always innovating and inspiring.
- Dynamic Role Expansion: Take on opportunities to coach across multiple businesses and teams, including exciting on-site experiences in diverse locations.
- Pioneering Sales Enablement Technology: Lead the way in finding and implementing cutting-edge sales enablement technology to drive performance and efficiency.
