As a Learning Facilitator, you’ll be on the front lines of employee development, ensuring that our colleagues are not only equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed, but also inspired to deliver exceptional service to our customers. From delivering induction sessions to running workshops that enhance skills, you’ll help shape the future of our contact centre teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
Training & Facilitating: You’ll be leading engaging classroom sessions in Milton Keynes, plus occasional online sessions via Microsoft Teams. From induction to sales techniques, you’ll help colleagues develop their skills and knowledge in ways that stick.
Coaching & Mentoring: You won’t just be talking at your team – you’ll be interacting, coaching, and providing one-on-one support to help people grow and succeed.
Keeping it Organized: Some admin here and there – whether it’s updating training materials, managing calendars, or logging attendance, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
Dynamic Learning: Every day is different. You’ll be delivering training on various topics like insurance principles, customer service, and process changes – and you’ll make it fun and engaging!
