Who is this Apprenticeship for?
Our 2-year development programme includes the completion of a Level 4 apprenticeship and provides an excellent foundation for those looking to kick start their career as a Finance Professional.
What You Will Learn
The Level 4 accounting technician apprenticeship offers a programme which will provide a foundation for future development. The programme aligns with globally recognised professional accountancy qualifications, as well as providing structured support and guidance for each apprentice's wider development.
Our 2-year development programme enables the apprentice to build their knowledge and skills across a number of areas, including spending times in different teams within the finance function. 15 months of that period will include completing the Level 4 apprenticeship which will focus on a number of areas including, but not limited to:
Management and financial accounting
- Financial processes and controls
- Business awareness
- Regulations and compliance
- Communication and collaboration
- Proactivity, planning and prioritisation
- Ethics, standards and governance
The apprentice will work towards the new qualification, AAT Q2022, which provides the right balance between retaining the AAT robust technical grounding, whilst introducing increased business awareness and commercial focus.
The start date for this apprenticeship will be September 2025.
