This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Training Academy, delivering operating and programming courses to customers at Mills site in Leamington and at customer premises.
Role Overview
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering CNC programmer training courses on various systems including Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain.
- Teaching students the operation & setting of the various types of machine tools as sold by Mills CNC.
- Course preparation, including getting manuals, machines and tools ready in advance of courses.
- Ensuring manual content remains accurate and current.
- Keeping up-to-date with the machine range on offer from Mills CNC and attending training when new control systems and machines are announced.
- Travel to customer sites within UK and Ireland for onsite or bespoke training courses.

Someone living within commuting distance of Mills CNC Training Academy, Leamington Spa.
Essential Skills or Qualifications
Knowledge of Fanuc CNC Control (essential)
Experience of Setting and Operating CNC Lathes and Machining Centres (essential)
Knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain CNC Controls (strongly desirable)
Knowledge of CAD-CAM systems (desirable)
Training experience or demonstrated competence in communication skills
A driving license with no more than 6 points
