- Working week: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am - 4:30pm. (Term Time only - 38-40 Weeks a year)

Main Duties
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by preparing materials and setting up activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils, particularly in core subjects like Maths and English.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that accommodates the needs of pupils from diverse cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds.
- Support pupils in managing their behaviour and maintaining a positive attitude toward learning.
- Act as a positive role model, encouraging respect, inclusivity, and good conduct.
- Provide emotional and social support to pupils as needed.
- Help maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
- Support teachers with classroom organization and preparation of resources.
- Ensure learning areas are tidy and conducive to learning.
Person Specification Required
- Maths and English GCSE (A-C Grade) or equivalent
- High levels of enthusiasm and commitment to helping pupils to succeed
- Ability to relate well to children and adults and to work flexibly as part of a team
- Experience of working with children from a wide range of backgrounds
- Good organisation and communication skills
