The role
As our Talent & Development Manager, you will lead the delivery of our Talent & Development strategy, ensuring our people have the right skills, tools, and opportunities to succeed. This role is central to fostering a positive learning culture, embedding effective performance development, and supporting career progression across all levels of the business.
- Collaborate with leaders to embed a positive learning culture.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis and tailor development plans.
- Own and evolve our performance development programme (LEAD).
- Develop and deliver leadership development initiatives.
- Support Apprenticeship & Graduate programmes.
- Work closely with external training providers and maximise our LMS (Cornerstone).
- Develop career pathways and support succession planning.
- Analyse data to inform L&D decisions and produce insightful reports.
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure value for money.
Experience required
- Strong experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Organised, creative and confident in developing innovative learning solutions.
- Experienced in managing external suppliers and creating engaging training materials.
- Passionate about developing others and supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.
