The Opportunity…
The Planner Training Business Partner will play a key role in delivering high quality training and development for planners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with core key departments this role will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of planner training programmes.
The role will be instrumental in leading on the design and delivery of change projects across the business and acquisitions, as well as developing learning to support our existing planners.
The role will involve networking and building key business relationships, ensuring collaboration with between departments and embedding future training to the Wealth Planner teams.
You…
To be successful in this role you will need a high degree of confidence and presence in delivering training to Planners at all levels. We are looking for an engaging and collaborative individual, comfortable operating at a senior level within a fast paced and agile environment.
You will need to have a deep understanding of Financial Planning gained from a successful Planning career. Neither the job title or seniority level of this role are fixed, and we’d love to see applications from a range of candidates.
You will also need to be:
- Qualified to Level 4 or above and ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status.
- Experience within a fast paced financial planning/wealth management firm.
- Experience of training and developing Wealth Planners at various experience levels.
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
- Motivated to understand and engage with Succession’s corporate objectives and cultural values.
- An effective team player and leader and able to recognise the value of support teams in delivering great client outcomes.
- Knowledgeable regarding the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services.
- Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD and keeping up to date with industry issues and developments.
