This organisation delivers AI, Data Science, and Coding training in partnership with FE colleges, education providers, and public skills bodies.
The Role
- Manage & grow a highly engaged partner network in the North East of England.
- Develop relationships with FE Colleges, local authorities & funding bodies.
- Work with government-funded skills programmes & commercial education offerings.
- Engage employers to support workforce upskilling in AI, Data & Software Development.
- Share market intelligence to shape funding strategies & learning pathways.
Package & Benefits
- £55-60K base + OTE to £85-90K (uncapped commission potential).

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in FE, online education, or skills training.
- Deep knowledge of UK skills funding frameworks, including collaboration with grant-backed training partners.
- A strategic thinker who knows how to drive commercial growth through partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in education & workforce development.
- Passionate about the role of AI and emerging tech in shaping the digital economy.
