Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship - Grove Academy
The Marketing and Communications Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of Grove Academy’s marketing and communications, including the production, development and delivery of a marketing and communication strategy in conjunction with the Head Teacher and Business Manager.

What you'll do at work
- Assist in creating and executing a marketing and communications strategy for Grove Academy.
- Manage and update the school’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Produce engaging content for newsletters, press releases, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns to engage parents, students, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics to measure campaign performance.
- Assist with photography and videography for marketing purposes, including editing and publishing.
- Work on search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Support the organisation and promotion of events and open days.
- Liaise with external partners, media outlets, and suppliers for advertising and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.

Pre-employment checks.
