Purpose
Do you have a passion for education and a strong background in Health and Social Care? Join our team as a Teaching Assessor Health and Social Care and make a real difference in assessing and guiding learners within the dynamic field of health and social care.
Although the working hours per week of 37.5 will tend to be between 8.30am and 5pm, there may be occasions where there is requirement to visit apprentices in the workplace who work shift patterns that includes night shifts in a care home therefore a requirement to be flexible to meet the needs of the apprentices will be required.
Essential:
You will have:
L5 Health & Social Care (Adults) Professional qualification
D32/33/A1 or equivalent training/assessment related qualification
A L4 Teaching qualification or higher
Experience and knowledge of delivering Apprenticeship standards
Effective self-management of workload and caseload
Excellent relationship management in order to develop and maintain productive relationships with your team, management, learners and all key stakeholders
