Our Client is a Global supplier of Outsourced Contact Centre solutions and operate Contact Centre activity across the world on behalf of some very well known names. They specialise in delivering multi channel Customer Experience, often multi-lingual, for some of the worlds leading brands. Reporting into a Training Manager, this role will be joining an existing and expanding Training team. This is an exciting role for an experienced Contact Centre Trainer with responsibilities including the following:
- Work closely with Client L&D specialists to design Training programmes that are on brand & effective
- Own and manage the Client relationship from a Training perspective
- Deliver both virtual (as Agents are hybrid) and classroom Training to include call handling skills, Customer Services, Sales, Technical Knowledge etc
- Manage input into Knowledge Bases - Service design, building campaign briefs, ensuring all materials are fully compliant
- Analysis of training outcomes and driving continuos improvement activities
In terms of who we are looking for, you will be an experienced Contact Centre Trainer fully conversant with the design and delivery of both Service and Sales campaigns. A background in working in Outsourcing would be advantageous. You will possess excellent communication and written skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience of analysing training outcomes. Fluency in another language would be a bonus, This is a hybrid role split between working from home and working from offices in Central Liverpool.
