Curriculum Development Leader SEND and High Needs
We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Development Leader to join our team and lead on the development of SEND and high needs programmes.
In this critical role, you will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality study programmes, including Employability and Personal Development qualifications, Independent Living qualifications, Supported Internships, English and Maths, and bespoke programmes.
Key responsibilities include coordinating programme development, leading teams of staff, and ensuring seamless delivery of programmes.
You will have significant experience in curriculum development, programme management, and leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving student outcomes and staff development.
