As an Apprenticeship End Point Assessment Senior Advisor, you would be part of the wider Registry Team working within the FE and Skills Team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality with a ‘right first-time’ approach, ensuring a thorough understanding of the data processed within your area, especially any personal or sensitive information. Collaborating with colleagues from academic colleges, professional services, and external bodies, you will strive to provide a high-quality user experience for all involved in the student journey, from admissions to graduation. The Apprenticeship EPA Senior Advisor will play a pivotal role in enhancing the apprenticeship journey. You will ensure that efficient processes are in place to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship end point assessment experience. Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate and process the End Point Assessment of all University of Derby apprentices. Support academic teams and the Apprenticeship Hub on the administration relating to procuring End Point Assessment Organisations. Act as the first point of contact for apprentices and employers seeking to undertake end point assessment. Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of the Education and Skills Funding Agency regulations relating to End Point Assessments. Engage effectively with apprenticeship leads across the University. Support the wider administration of apprenticeships. Any other duties commensurate to the role. Minimum Requirements Academic or vocational qualification at Level 4, or relevant experience. GCSE in English and maths 4-9 or equivalent. Experience Experience of working independently and as part of a team. Experience of managing several activities/projects to meet deadlines. Experience of analysing data. Experience of organising events/activities. Experience of note taking and creating actions with agreed timescales. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Confident in working with organisational and/or external procedures/regulations. Good written and oral communication skills.
