What You’ll Do: Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions for apprentices in AAT/Finance and Business Administration managing a caseload of learners and guiding them to successful End Point Assessment. Develop, adapt, and implement engaging training materials and conduct progress reviews, tailoring your approach to each apprentice's needs to maximise learning outcomes. Conduct initial assessments and agree on Individual Training Plans (ITPs) with apprentices and their employers to establish clear training paths, incorporating on-the-job skills progression. Provide effective feedback and regular progress updates to both apprentices and employers, supporting their journey from initial assessments to completion. Contribute to continuous improvement within the curriculum, monitoring enrolment and success rates, and participating in recruitment activities like open days and exhibitions. What You’ll Bring: Qualifications and experience in assessing and mentoring within AAT/Finance and Business Admin sectors. A passion for supporting learners’ success through high-quality training and assessment. Strong communication skills and an ability to motivate apprentices in both one-to-one and group settings.
