The Role Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as Programme Leader for the delivery of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and the TAQA suite of Programmes. Your Responsibilities Will Include As Programme Leader, you will have a key leadership role within the curriculum area, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment. Deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching and assessment, incorporating both face-to-face and digital pedagogies. Lead on programme reviews and quality improvement planning, monitoring key indicators such as attendance, retention, success, and student satisfaction. Contribute to recruitment activities, including interviews, open days, and initial guidance, ensuring the curriculum meets the needs of learners. Work with colleagues to update and develop learning resources, share professional knowledge, and contribute to the academic community through scholarship, research, and professional practice.
