Application Deadline: 4 October 2024 Department: APP - Apprenticeships Employment Type: Contract / Temp Location: Radstock, England Reporting To: David Watson Compensation: £23,830.00 - £25,818.00 / hour Description Bank - P20-P23 (£23,830.57 - £25,818.16) pro rata per annum As Apprenticeship Workplace Reviewer, you will support the Apprenticeship Team and the progress of apprentices by facilitating / undertaking high-quality tripartite progress monitoring reviews, between apprentices and their employers. Engagement with employers and their apprentices is a vital part of our apprenticeship delivery partnership with employers and ensures the College apprenticeship provision provides an excellent learning experience, meeting the expectations of our employer partners and apprentices, in line with the ESFA and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities To assess learners' progress and maintain records of assessments of learning carried out. Schedule, plan for and undertake high-quality tripartite progress monitoring reviews for an allocated apprentice caseload. Support the employers to actively participate in scheduled reviews and maintain a caseload of learners (numbers to be agreed with the Apprenticeship Curriculum Manager). Work with apprentices, employers and college delivery teams to ensure communication between all parties is recorded in the review process, ensuring the process is managed and completed efficiently and effectively and in line with service level agreements and ESFA funding rules. Monitor allocated apprentice’s participation in off-the-job training and ensure, through taking interventions as appropriate, that the requirements for apprenticeship funding are met. Maintain accurate records of learner progress. Completing all necessary documentation and provide information on apprentice progress as required, including progress against milestones and previous targets linked to their apprenticeship. As part of this you will facilitate the setting of targets that stretch and challenge apprentices to achieve their maximum potential. Ensuring that all apprentice week progress reviews are completed in a timely manner (every 12 weeks) and include feedback from key stakeholders. Carry out progress reviews and monitor completion of the Apprenticeship standard, reporting any issues to the Curriculum Manager for Apprenticeships. Provide regular and purposeful reports to employers, apprentices, learners and the College so that there is a clear plan of action which is time bound for each learner and which allows completion with agreed target dates. Work collaboratively with delivery staff and apprenticeship managers to ensure systems and process are adhered to and that both quality and compliance is maintained to the highest standard in line with service level agreements. Work with the Head of Apprenticeships and Curriculum Manager Apprenticeships to support the achievement of outstanding communication to employers. and the learner and client experience. AWRs, will need to engage actively with employers to support learners who have disclosed a need for additional support. Respond to Core Team and MIS queries related to apprentices in allocated caseload. Undertake required aspects of administrative work in relation to changes of circumstances, gateway progression and completion for apprenticeships in the allocated caseload. Support the compliance of Bath College apprenticeship programme delivery with ESFA requirements and partnership lead provider requirements.
