Salary is pro rata Purpose of the job: To encompass a variety of roles & responsibilities, aimed at advancing knowledge, skills and critical thinking contributing to the academic and personal development of learners by providing high quality teaching & learning assisting in the development, organisation and delivery of the curriculum. Key Responsibilities To deliver high standards of teaching & learning while monitoring assessment processes in accordance with awarding body requirements. To deliver departmental requirements of core content that will support students to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours. To deliver on Level 2 and 3 programmes in Forensics, Criminology & Psychology as required by the demands of the curriculum. To produce plans of learning, assessment plans, learning materials and any other related activities that impact the effectiveness of learning. To co-ordinate and maintain records of formative and summative assessments of students’ learning carried out by the course team. To communicate external examination entry and timetable arrangements to the course team and students. To work pro-actively to forward the success and vision of the department and the College.
