This person will need to be dynamic, highly organised and efficient in the coordination and implementation of a robust compliance process and provide data analysis and reporting to inform management decisions. You’ll work closely with the wider apprenticeship team and will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will proactively monitor apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey from their start point to achievement, including areas such as; registration, compliance checking, uploading evidence, co-ordinating end point assessments and claiming certificates. Job Title: Assistant Team Leader - Compliance Salary: £24,819 (SCP16) to £26,333 (SCP 20) per annum pro rata (depending on qualifications and experience). There will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.
