Associate Lecturers are part of the vital teaching our students get. Our Lecturers can be experienced and qualified teachers, or from industry, with no teaching experience or qualifications. The successful candidate will have a degree qualification specific to engineering or marine engineering and must have evidence of RYA qualifications. If not already held, you must be willing to attain a teaching qualification within the College’s timeframe.
