Role Information About the Role Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, introducing them to the value and benefits of apprenticeships, and helping them optimise training and workforce development opportunities within their workforce. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking enthusiastic communicators who have an excellent telephone manner and a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll need to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting, with the confidence to adapt under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities. Problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise and multitask will be essential. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients by responding to marketing enquiries and promoting our full range of products over the phone, on meetings and via email. Conduct business-to-business telesales, offering advice and support to new clients and to lead generate to book online meetings for you to conduct. Conduct online business meetings to discuss clients training needs and creating tailored solutions for their skill gaps. Work closely with internal departments to ensure records are kept up-to-date Maintain and manage your own CRM system, tracking engagement and progress Foster and strengthen relationships with clients and key external organisations Update recruitment trackers and submit them as per agreed timelines Identify and connect with local employment partnerships to expand our reach Represent Learning Curve Group at careers events, sharing our mission and services Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily activities and meet goals Work proactively to ensure all KPI’s are met, and apprenticeship start targets are delivered against. Ensure accurate reporting to management as and when applicable.
