Due to a period of exciting growth, we are currently looking for a Client Development Executive to join our Commercial team. Working on client development, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting market research, managing data, and supporting the Commercial team in growing our client base and ensuring the accuracy of our CRM system. Client Development Executive - What's On Offer? Market Research: Conduct detailed research on potential clients, industry trends, and contract opportunities. Data Management: Accurately upload and manage client and prospect information in our CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and correct. Appointment Booking: Schedule and manage appointments for the Commercial team, ensuring all details are properly recorded and communicated. Administrative Tasks: Work with CSV files, conduct mail merges, and manage large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy. Ideal candidates will be able to showcase some or all of the following requirements: Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data management, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to engage professionally with colleagues and clients. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team. Experience with Office 365: Proficiency in Office 365 applications, with the ability to manage spreadsheets, databases, and mail merges. Desirable Experience: Experience in the learning & development or apprenticeships sector is advantageous but not essential.
