We are introducing the new role of Curriculum & Content Lead to further enhance our learners' experience. This position will focus on continuously improving curriculum and content while also supporting the development of alternative funding provisions, including commercially funded opportunities. We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in curriculum theory and design, coupled with a thorough understanding of the apprenticeship levy system. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting and producing engaging content across L3 – L7 programmes and will possess the ability to guide and support our team leaders in curriculum evaluation and enhancement. Additionally, outstanding delivery skills are essential for delivering impactful training to our commercial clients. Role Overview: As the Curriculum & Content Lead at KnowledgeBrief, you will spearhead the continuous improvement of our curricula and content, ensuring a transformative learning experience for diverse learners. You will collaborate with team leaders to align content with industry standards, analyse policy changes, and design curricula tailored to various funding streams. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality remote and in-person training sessions and coordinate engaging guest speaker events. This role demands expertise in curriculum theory, a deep understanding of the apprenticeship levy system, and exceptional communication and relationship management skills. This role is fully remote, with occasional operations meetings and company away days in-person. Lead the development and integration of new curriculum materials, expanding our apprenticeship course portfolio. Collaborate with Team Leaders to deliver exceptional content and align with IFATE standards. Implement a content refresh program to keep curricula cutting-edge. Analyse and respond to apprenticeship levy changes, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. Design curricula tailored to alternative funding streams and enhance commercial curriculum offerings, including CMI Leadership and Management awards. Delivery: Deliver and record remote teaching sessions for on-demand access. Provide personalised learner support through drop-in sessions. Design and lead comprehensive corporate management training programs. Maintain clear communication with high-level clients to ensure outstanding training experiences. Develop new educational materials and contribute to our bi-monthly e-learning magazine. Promote best practices in curriculum and content design. Guest Speakers: Manage a team of corporate guest speakers for our Leaders in Action series. Organise monthly guest speaker sessions and ensure high-quality presentations through strong relationship management and quality assurance. Curriculum & Content Lead - Experience & Qualifications: In addition to a strong background in apprenticeships or learning and development, the ideal candidate will posess some or all of the below: Qualifications: Advanced Leadership and Management/Coaching qualification (L5 or above) Teaching Qualification (L5+) Assessor award certification Experience & Knowledge: 5+ years in apprenticeship delivery In-depth knowledge of the UK apprenticeship levy system and educational policies Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional design Proven track record in delivering remote and in-person training sessions Experience with innovative practices from the commercial sector (preferred) Skills and Abilities: Superior communication and presentation skills Exemplary academic writing skills Strong grasp of apprenticeship and corporate training methodologies Proficiency in creating high-quality learning materials Excellent relationship management skills Collaborative mindset and experience working with remote teams Personal Attributes: Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality Creative and innovative in curriculum design and delivery Outstanding organisational and time-management skills Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment If all the above resonates with you, we want to hear from you!
