Our Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeships are designed to elevate the skills of leaders and managers, playing a pivotal role in our mission to empower individuals. Participants learn to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, fostering empowerment and engagement to enhance professional performance. Role Overview: As a Skills Coach, you'll be instrumental in guiding a diverse cohort of learners through both the Level 5 and Level 7 Apprenticeship standards, focusing on personalized development. This role requires a unique blend of coaching skills, commitment, and the ability to seamlessly integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into learners' development journeys. This role is fully remote, and the successful candidate should live within a 3-hour commute of London for occasional operations meetings and company away days in-person. Develop robust plans for each learner's unique learning journey, showcasing deliberate and well-structured progress from their starting point. Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into learners' development journeys, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. Tailor additional support and catch-up solutions to meet individual needs and personal goals. Engage line managers in learners' progress and conduct regular tripartite reviews. Prepare learners for the end-point assessment gateway, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. Ensure learners fulfill off-the-job learning requirements and meet the standards' expectations. Proactively engage and re-engage learners who may be falling behind in their learning. Participate in Apprenticeship Team & Standardization meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices. Foster a passion for learning and effectively engage with learners from diverse industries and backgrounds. Skills Coach - Experience & Qualifications: In addition to a strong background in delivering apprenticeships or learning and development, the ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following: Relevant experience coaching leaders or managers in business (essential) Experience with the delivery of L5 and L7 Apprenticeships (highly desirable) Profesional coaching qualification (desirable but not essential) Recognized teaching qualification (desirable but not essential) Detailed knowledge and understanding of theoretical and academic applications of coaching theories Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential) Strong interpersonal relationship building skills (essential) Tech-savvy, able to work across various systems, including Microsoft Office (essential) If all the above resonates with you, we want to hear from you!
