An exciting opportunity has arisen, where you’ll partner with the current Early Careers (EC) Growth and Development (G&D) Delivery Manager to deliver EC programmes that are helping JLR to achieve it’s Reimagine future. This new role demonstrates JLR’s commitment to further expanding the scale of our EC talent pipeline.
What To Expect
In this role you will guide and coach our EC G&D Delivery team, working closely with business units and our learning providers, to ensure our EC learners are well, engaged and fulfilling their potential.
Your role will involve collaborating with our global People teams to unify strategies and share best practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to Early Careers G&D worldwide.
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and 3-year roadmap for Early Careers, emphasizing DE&I and internationalisation.
- Ensure Early Careers programmes are contributing to the fulfilment of our workforce plans and skill requirements.
- Oversee delivery, monitoring and ongoing enhancement of all EC programmes, with a focus on the quality of the learning experience.
- Manage supplier partnerships and finances.
- Address complex issues and manage risks.
What You'll Need
- Experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Ability to create and implement strategic plans.
- Knowledge of talent strategy and experience of high-volume training delivery.
- Proficiency in project management, including stakeholder and budget management.
