We are seeking to appoint an innovative practitioner who has the ability to support learners to ensure they experience success, develop solid relationships with employers and secure additional placements to enhance our offer to learners, support economic growth and enhance the reputation of the college. Reporting to the College Curriculum Area Leader the post holder will work closely with placement supervisors, course leaders and placement officers regarding learners’ attendance and progress to ensure that all parts of their study programme are achieved in a timely manner. With strong organisational skills, sound understanding of the assessment process and excellent IT skills in addition to a proven background working in an early-years setting and experience working as an assessor, the candidate will be able to inspire, champion and encourage students to realise their potential.
