Salary£38,694 - £43,549 (salary points HS39-43) plus 3K enhancement per annum Due to the growth of the provision Calderdale College is looking to recruit a talented and committed individual as Programme Lead for Electrical to support the Director of Operations at The Engineering Centre a specialist campus based just off the M62 in Brighouse. This role requires someone who is a dynamic and innovative individual who is willing to turn their hand to different challenges. The ability to confidently lead and successfully develop, inspire and motivate individuals and a team is essential. The role will include 0.6 delivery alongside a management focus on the quality of the provision and ensure high quality delivery, timely assessment, feedback, and tracking of progress. It will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the centre and its provision through engagement with key stakeholders and employers to ensure we meet local and regional demand for skills.
