This role requires someone who is a dynamic and innovative individual who is willing to turn their hand to different challenges. The ability to confidently lead and successfully develop, inspire and motivate individuals and a team is essential.</p><p>The role will include 0.6 delivery alongside a management focus on the quality of the provision and ensure high quality delivery, timely assessment, feedback, and tracking of progress. It will play a key role in the continued growth and development of the centre and its provision through engagement with key stakeholders and employers to ensure we meet local and regional demand for skills.
